Energoprojekt's assembly definitely on September 2nd
After the Commercial Court of Appeal has accepted Energoprojekt Holding's complaint recently and, thus, revoked the temporary measure that the Commercial Court introduced shortly before the holding of the regular assembly of the company's shareholders, certain confusions have emerged concerning the holding of the shareholders' assembly, which is scheduled for September 2nd. However, Nikola Breka, the temporary representative of the Commercial Court, has confirmed that the assembly will be held as planned, on Thursday, September 2nd, at 9 AM.
According to him, it is a procedure that is completely separated from the accepted complaint lodged by Energoprojekt. In that procedure, at the suggestion of the Republic of Serbia, the Commercial Court has ordered holding of the shareholders' assembly. The temporary representative has also pointed out that the state, which is registered with the Central Securities Register since June 25, will attend that meeting and use the right to vote.
