According to the International Classification of Airports introduced by ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), the number 4 indicates the length of the runway, which according to the adopted plan will be over 1,800 meters, and the letter "D" indicates an aircraft with a wingspan of 36-52 meters and a distance edge of the wheels of the main landing gear from 9 to 14 meters.
