State Budget Deficit at RSD 75.5 Billion in 1H 2021 – Public Debt at the End of June 55% of GDP

The deficit of the state budget of Serbia amounted to RSD 75.5 billion in the first half of 2021, the Ministry of Finance announced.

Income of RSD 696.1 billion was realized, whereas the expenditures amounted to RSD 771.6 billion.

The public debt of Serbia amounted to EUR 28.26 billion at the end of June, which was 55% of the GDP.

At the end of May, the public debt was around EUR 28.08 billion, that is, 54.7% of the GDP. At the end of last year, the public debt of Serbia amounted to EUR 26.66 billion, or 57.4% of the GDP.
