GSP Beograd has opened the public invitation for the selection of a private partner and the awarding of the contract on the public-private partnership for the construction of CNG (compressed natural gas) stations.

According to the tender, the stations will be built within the GSP Karaburma facility in Mirijevski Blvd.

The subject of the tender are works on gas terminals, and the agreement is limited to a period of 180 months.

The tendering procedure expires on September 27. The details can be found HERE.

Let us remind that GSP Beograd recently also opened the tender for the reconstruction of the charging connections for the future construction of the structures for electric bus chargers, which will be located in the zone of the bus turning beneath the Gazela Bridge, near the Galerija shopping center.

In February, GSP Beograd bought 10 new electric buses for EUR 6 million, and in late June, the tender for the purchase of 100 articulated gas-powered buses for the Belgrade public transport system opened and is still ongoing.

As the deputy mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic, stated at the time, the city plans to buy another 500 natural gas-powered buses in the next five years, among which there will be articulated buses, but also solo buses.

– Each year, the city will buy 100 buses, so that, by 2027, we would have an entire rolling stock of buses which run on natural gas or electricity – Vesic said.
