Adeco to Build Warehouse of Over 2,000 m2 in Novi Sad

Adeco, a company which produces engine and industrial oils and special liquids for motor vehicles, mechanization and industry, is building a free-standing warehouse at 109 Temerinski Put Street in Novi Sad, on a parcel of 9,723.00 m2.

A part of the building features only the ground floor, whereas the remaining part features two additional floors. The net area is 2,244.00 m2, the gross floor area is 2,465.84 m2, and the area of the land covered by the structure is 1,566.46 m2.

The planned investment value of the works, according to the building permit, is RSD 173,304,652 without the VAT.
