Deadline for Applying for Eco-Fee for 2021 July 31
The application is filed through Form 1 and may be submitted electronically through the LPA portal (lpa.gov.rs), and to enter the data, in the section “Unos prijave”, the option “Prijava za utvrđivanje lokalne eko naknade” should be selected.
Those who are obliged to pay the fee are the legal entities and entrepreneurs (including lump-sum taxpayers) whose activity code is listed in Attachment 1 of the Decree on the Criteria for Determining the Activities Which Have an Impact on the Environment According to the Degree of the Negative Impact on the Environment as a Consequence of Carrying Out the Activity, Through Setting the Fees (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, nos. 86/2019 and 89/2019).
