Kosmajski Vrtovi – Luxury Residential Complex Combining Urban Comfort with Mountain Area Peacefulness
We talked about Kosmajski Vrtovi with the director of RIMMO d.o.o, Mandino Kokir, but also about the projects they’ve carried out so far and their future projects. RIMMO d.o.o. has been in the real estate business for over 10 years, in all of its segments – development, lease and sale.
– All this time, we’ve been trying to pay attention to what the market needs and to invest in projects that have potential. Certain members of our team have experience in running large commercial projects. Over the years, we’ve realized many instances of cooperation with large foreign and local companies. We are currently in the process of establishing a long-term trajectory of our company, where we will determine our course as to development, sales and lease of residential and commercial projects, focusing on providing the quality of life and the environment, within the contexts of the nature and the urban environment – Kokir said.
One of the projects that especially stands out is the office building in Zemun center which takes up 1,200 m2.
– The façade is redolent of the culture of the old Zemun and postmodernist architecture and we have paid special attention to preserving the authentic spirit of the location it is in – our interviewee points out.
RIMMO d.o.o. has also been hired for projects on other continents as well.
– We have market experience in building residential houses and small condominiums in Melbourne, Australia, through our partner company. They are built from high-quality materials, feature a modern design and are characterized by remarkable functionality and a high energy grade – he says.
Kosmajski Vrtovi – Job in the city, house in the suburbs
Kosmajski Vrtovi is a project which aims to bring to Serbia a concept which has long since taken root abroad: “job in the city, house in the suburbs”, as well as a more modern and efficient manner of construction.
– We believe that everyone should allow themselves a comfortable life far from the commotion of the city, with the nature and mountain air, while also having access to everything that the city provides – therefore, Kosmajski Vrtovi is only 30 minutes away by car from Belgrade – Kokir says.
He adds that they are happy that the market has recognized this and says that they are very satisfied with the sales.
– Our clients are family people, but also business people, so this way of life suits them perfectly. We expect all the houses to be sold soon, before the planned deadline for the works expires – he points out.
The construction is also progressing at a great pace. Last year was challenging for investments, but, despite the pandemic and the bad weather conditions, the dynamics are good and the project, according to our interviewee, will be done within the deadline, which is September 2021.
– In our market, we are the pioneers who appeared with this kind of offer, and we will be glad to initiate projects which offer something new and different in the future – he says.
When it comes to the company’s plans for the upcoming period, Kokir announces that there’s a plan to restore and modernize an office facility in Zemun center.
It spreads on over 2,000 m2 and is planned to be finished by 2022 at the latest.
– We are in the process of developing a conceptual design for the project on Kopaonik as well. The microlocation is phenomenal, with a great view, and connected with the gondola system. Apartments for sale and a full maintenance service will be offered to the clients, because the complex itself will feature a hotel with a spa center, a congress hall and a restaurant. We are starting the construction of the project in mid-2022 and we are planning to complete it during 2024.
The company has just opened a construction site in Zrenjanin center, a project called Kvartet Zrenjanin.
– Kvartet Zrenjanin is a residential complex that is the result of our desire to combine the rich Vojvodina tradition and modern architecture in a harmonic whole. It consists of four smaller buildings and is situated in an excellent location – a peaceful part of the city and a beautiful street, but also a step away from all the city activity. The gross area of the project is 5,000 m2. Just like all our projects, this one will feature a high degree of comfort, construction quality and energy efficiency, which we care about deeply – Kokir concluded.
