Health Center Worth RSD 187 Million to be Built in Vidovdansko Naselje in Novi Sad – Looking for Designer and Contractor

As announced in February, the construction of the new Health Center in the Vidovdansko Naselje neighborhood of Novi Sad should start soon, after the tendering procedure for finding a contractor is done.

The City Department for Building Land and Investments of Novi Sad has opened the public invitation for the project of preparation of the technical documentation and construction, under the turnkey system, for a new healthcare facility. According to the ad, the supplier is obliged to prepare the technical documentation for the execution of works on the facility’s parcel, which entails the construction of the Health Center, parking spaces, access routes, exterior landscaping… based on which the further construction works are to be carried out.

Regarding the project task, the organizational structure of the new Health Center is presented. The center will feature a general practice department, a pediatrics department for school children and the young, a gynecology department, a visiting nurse service, two dentistry rooms and a laboratory. According to this organization plan, 17 medical doctors and 25 nurses should be employed at the new Health Center.

The estimated value of the whole project of the construction of the Health Center is RSD 187.7 million, and all the details of the project, as well as insight into the technical documentation and the project tasks, are available HERE (in Serbian).
