The City Assembly of Leskovac has adopted the decision on the program of the development of building land for 2021, within which the funds planned for the realization amount to around RSD 3.2 billion.
Of that sum, Leskovac will set aside RSD 785 million, around RSD 1.5 billion will be provided from the state budget of Serbia, whereas other funds amount to RSD 913.7 million.
The most will be set aside for capital facilities, more than RSD 2.5 billion. Among the biggest expenditures are the construction of the stadium, financed by the state of Serbia with RSD 986.4 million, and the expansion of the sewer network within the Dutch Orio project for the implementation of waste water treatment, worth RSD 900.5 million.
What follows is the continuation of the construction of the Central City Square, for which Leskovac is to set aside RSD 152 million, the reconstruction of a part of Nikole Pasica Blvd, worth RSD 250 million, to be set aside from the state budget, the construction of a kindergarten in the Mose Pijade Music School, for which the state of Serbia will provide RSD 77.9 million, and the construction of a central facility for waste water treatment – sludge line (RSD 63.9 million to be provided by the state, Leskovac to provide RSD 17.4 million).
When it comes to urban planning, the funds will be put into the detailed regulation plans for several settlements, the construction of the sewer network in 15 populated places, the construction of a bridge in the settlement of Jelasnica…
RSD 1.2 million is planned for the preparation of the preliminary design for the construction of a monument to Stefan Nemanja, and RSD 152 million is planned for the preliminary design of a pylon on the square.
