Sumadijski Kutak Being Raised Near Arandjelovac – Mountain Houses with Indoor Pools, Wellness Center, Horse Farm and Tennis Courts in Cooperation with Famous Athlete
The construction of an imposing eco-settlement has begun in the village of Ranilovic near Arandjelovac. As the company Sumadijski Kutak, the investor in the project, told us, the area of around 37 hectares will feature 45 mountain houses with their own pools, a wellness center, two restaurants, a horse farm, as well as football, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.
– One part of the eco-settlement is already finished. The horse farm has been built and one of the two restaurants and a health-food juice bar are under construction. We will build another restaurant and both will be operational from August. The plan also includes the construction of a wellness center, which will start this year, with an indoor and an outdoor pool and saunas – Rade Cvetkovic of Sumadijski Kutak, the company founded for the purpose of the construction of this eco-settlement of the residential-tourist type, says for eKapija.
According to him, the construction of up to 45 houses with indoor pools is planned. The floor areas will be 90, 115 and 127 m2. The construction of the first 10 houses, our interviewee says, begins on June 1. The houses are up for sale, and the purchaser becomes the owner of the parcel of 10 to 12 ares, in addition to the house.
According to the architectural project prepared by Vezmar from Bogatic, the houses are designed as modern tent-shaped mountain houses, with a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a balcony, and what’s interesting is that the houses will also have indoor pools and saunas, as well as the possibility of construction of outdoor pools.
Cvetkovic points out that the eco-settlement will also have sports courts for football, basketball, volleyball and pickleball, an American game which is a combination of tennis, badminton and table tennis.
– The construction of these courts has already begun, and we are currently negotiating with a famous athlete of ours to provide him with a part of the eco-village for the purpose of the construction of tennis courts – our portal’s interviewee reveals.
He adds that the project of the eco-village had been planned for several years, but that the construction only started this year, because they had been waiting for the regulation plan to be adopted.
Let us remind that eKapija announced this project back in 2019
, when the Municipality of Arandjelovac put the Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the eco-settlement up for public review.B. Petrovic
