Ministry of Justice Presents Portal for Electronic Payment of Court Fees
The +ePlacanje (+ePayment) system (eplacanje.sud.rs) has been developed in cooperation with the system of the Office for IT and eGovernment, and it is enabled for cases in all basic, higher and commercial courts.
The payment is made with payment and credit cards on Portal Pravosudja (Justice Portal), by selecting the “pay” option for the previously set fee, without having to go to the bank, the post office or retyping the payment data into mobile or other applications.
– The confirmation of the payment of the fee is submitted to the party at the provided email address, and the information on the realization of the transaction is available electronically to the court and is processed automatically within the system, which additionally frees the parties and the court from having to provide proof of the payment of the fee – said Justice Minister Maja Popovic.
The process of +ePlacanje includes charging a commission, which is clearly declared and which is set by the bank through which the electronic payment is made.
– The protection of the data from the party’s payment card is taken care of by the software of the selected bank, which is obliged to comply with the strict regulations regarding the protection of the data of its clients – the press release adds.
