Milorad Milanovic, Process Manager at Gebrüder Weiss – myGW Portal Providing All Information to Clients in One Place in Real Time
At the beginning of 2020, Gebrüder Weiss launched the myGW portal project, which provides the clients with the possibility of getting all the information about the services they use within Gebrüder Weiss in a single place and in real time. It is already successfully used in 9 countries, whereas our country, along with another four, is in the phase of implementation and testing. In March 2021, a total of 3,611 users worldwide used the portal and made sure of all the benefits it offers, which companies in Serbia will also see for themselves at the end of the summer. The clients can view all their orders and the accompanying documentation, they are able to communicate with the company in a very simple way, to request offers for transport, and they even have the option of sending a transport order themselves, which becomes automatically visible in our transport system. The portal is a perfect “Track and Trace” system with all the necessary add-ons which enable the client to achieve quick online communication, a transparent following of all the orders and data important to them, and most important of all, it is very easy to use.
The myGW project is a priority of Gebrüder Weiss on a global level, which shows which way we want to develop in the future and how much importance we place on digitization, transparency and adapting to the needs of our clients. Also, tasks with the aim of accelerating and simplifying the processes are set daily, so that everything would be automated and digitized, and Gebrüder Weiss is on a good path to realizing it – we are trying to be at least a step ahead of the times.
