Sale, Servicing and Production of Technology of Belarusian AIST Bicycles in Subotica Being Considered
An agreement was reached on a visit to the factory by a delegation of interested Serbian companies. The production of the AIST bicycle brand in Minsk, which has joined together numerous fans of cycling in over 70 years, started in 1947. Throughout the history of the brand, over 55 million bicycles have been sold. Modern AIST entails 80 different bicycle models with an attractive design and modern equipment, it is said on the embassy’s website.
At the moment AIST is carrying out an active marketing policy, taking part in various social projects and sports tournaments on an international level, and is the technical partner of the Belarusian national cycling team.
Belarusian cyclists set an Olympic record and two national records at the London Olympics using AIST bicycles.
MotoVeloZavod d.o.o. is a member of the Cycling Industry Club of European Cyclists' Federation. Since 2020, it has been delivering bicycles to the EU (Netherlands and Belgium). In addition to bicycles, the company also produces quadracycles (electric cars of 400-500 kg), motorcycles, scooters and mopeds, push-scooters, bicycles without pedals (balance bikes) and wheelchairs.
