NLB bought additional 4.76% of Komercijalna banka shares - Reached almost 88% ownership
As stated in the NLB report on the takeover of shares, the shares were purchased at a price of 3,315.47 dinars, at the same time a package of shares was purchased from the state at the end of the year.
These shares belonged to small shareholders and were traded on the stock exchange, but they were not the subject of sale when NLB bought 83.23% of the state`s shares in Komercijalna Banka.
With these shares included, NLB owns 87.998%.
Through the offer opened on March 11, NLB intended to buy 16.77% of shares, which is 2.82 million ordinary shares of the bank.
