Dual Education at Faculties too from October – Three Study Programs Planned
–The preparation and creation of study programs is now up to the faculties and the companies which are seeking a common interest for the realization of such study programs. There is an interest and I believe that, from October 2021/2022, we will have the first study programs in the field of clothing engineering and design, aviation mechanical engineering and landscaping – said the minister, as announced on the ministry’s website.
He added that, through this model, students were being prepared to face their job obligations, getting familiar with the work process and system, the manner and the channels of communication, and added that this kind of studying entailed theoretical education, work at the company and mentorship.
Ruzic said that Serbia and its students were likely to get the Law on Students’ Organizing for the first time.
– This law brings new possibilities for students’ organizing and greater possibilities of articulating your needs, harmonizing your positions and creating fields of importance to the students’ community. The draft law is up for public discussion until April 17, after which it will be sent to the government and the national assembly to be adopted – he said.
The online conference dedicated to dual studies at higher education institutions was organized by the Students’ Conference of the Universities of Serbia (SKONUS) on the occasion of the Students’ Day.
