Sixth Serbian Property and Infrastructure Development Conference to be Organized Online on March 23

The 6th Serbian Property & Infrastructure Development Conference “Developing the Future”, which will gather local and international officials and experts in the field of real estate, will be held online on March 23.

This year’s conference will be opened by Serbian Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Tomislav Momirovic, as announced by the organizer, TGI Group International.

The event is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the UK Embassy in Serbia, the EBRD, the National Association of Valuers of Serbia and the Serbian Valuers Society.

Numerous officials and experts from this sector will speak at the conference, among which are Martin Vickers, the UK Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to the Western Balkans, Louis Taylor, UK Export Finance (UKEF) Chief Executive, Stefano Maio, Business Development Manager at Bechtel, Marko Stojcic, Belgrade City Architect, and others.

The event attracts more than 250 highly relevant attendees from major real estate developers, construction groups, financial institutions, public sector companies, journalists and independent real estate professionals from Serbia and abroad.

– This year’s conference will provide valuable insight into challenges and opportunities in property & infrastructure projects, real estate & infrastructure financing trends & issues, the future of commercial & logistics real estate and retail & shopping centers, construction industry scope, property valuations and other core industry topics – the announcement says.
