Holland Baroque to Perform on March 17 in Belgrade Together with Beogradski Barok Ensemble
Organized by the Center of Belgrade Festivals (CEBEF), the first Belgrade performance of Holland Baroque involves the Beogradski Barok ensemble, at whose initiative this cooperation is taking place, as part of their Europa 2021 program. Katarina Aleksic, a member of both ensembles, initiated the cooperation.
Holland Baroque, led by twin sisters, harpsichordist Tineke Steenbrink and violinist Judith Steenbrink, has a reputation of being one of the best baroque music ensembles in Europe. They regularly cooperate with leading European artists, such as gambist Paolo Pandolfo, mandolinist Avi Avital, or cellist Giovanni Sollima, and it stands out for its innovative programs and an unconventional approach, which erases the borders between genres and epochs.
Tickets are available at the Kolarac Endowment ticket office at a price of RSD 600.
