Jugo-impex puts Foundry in Niš in operation

Jugo-Impex will put the Foundry within the complex of MIN Holding in Niš in operation today (June 7, 2010).

According to the people in that company, the Foundry has a 600 kW induction furnace for melting non-ferrous metals. This type of furnace is the best for melting copper and copper alloys, which was the company's aim at the beginning of this project.

- The basic product will be copper ready for use in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Complete assortment of the Foundry is intended for export. Raw materials for the Foundry will be coming from our recycling unit - Vujadin Sćekić, the Director General, told eKapija.

As it is announced, the Foundry will be ceremoniously put in operation by Miloš Simonović, the Mayor of Niš.
