The representatives of companies members of the Hellenic Business Association of Serbia (HBAS) appointed new members to their Managing Board at the Assembly that was held on May 26 in Belgrade.

The representatives of companies with Greek capital decided that the new Managing Board of the Hellenic Business Association should include: Filipos Karamanolis, the Chairman of the Executive Board of Eurobank EFG, Vasilios Dertilis, CEO of Metal Globe, Vasilios Kakajotis, the Director General of Veropoulos, Nikolaos Karakostas, the Director General of Megastores Electroniki, and Georgios Karadimas, the owner and the Director General of Meeting Point.

The first meeting of the newly appointed Managing Board was held after the Assembly and, on that occasion, Vasilios Dertilis was appointed as the new Chairman of the Managing Board of the organization, Filippos Karamanolis became the Vice-Chairman, while Nikolaos Karakostas was appointed as the Executive Director of the Association. The Managing Board will soon present its business plans, as well as priorities and aims for year 2010.

The primary mission of the Hellenic Business Association is enhancement of business relationships between Greek and Serbian companies, as well as exchange of positive experience from the operations in the region.
