Tender for Contractor for Building of Nis-Dimitrovgrad Gas Interconnection Next Week
They remind that the selection of a supervisor of the project is in progress. The public call opened on January 11, 2021.
The plan is for the works on the construction of the gas interconnection, which will enable a diversification of the routes and the diversification of the suppliers, to begin in 2021 and for the gas pipeline to be operational in 2023.
The total length of the Serbia-Bulgaria interconnection in the territory of Serbia is 109 kilometers, and the planned capacity of the gas pipeline is 1.8 billion cubic meters.
The estimated value of the investment is EUR 85.5 million and it is financed from the pre-accession EU funds and the European Investment Bank loan, whereas the remaining funds are to be provided by Serbia and the PE Srbijagas, the press release says.
