– This year, we presented the products to potential clients worldwide in a digital format, which gives us an opportunity to introduce our offer to an even greater number of interested partners and visitors of the fair – said Momcilo Paunovic, the executive director of Frutorga.
Ecoagri Serbia has been taking part in BIOFACH within the National Stand of Serbia since 2019. Nada Berkes from this company points out that the coronavirus pandemic made it impossible to have a live fair experience, but that, with the support of the CCIS and SIPPO, they managed to adapt and handle the new digital format.
At the CCIS, they emphasize that they are satisfied with the presentation of the local producers at this digital fair.
– The great success of our companies at this year’s special, which was organized virtually, confirms the strengthening of the development of the organic sector of Serbia, which is becoming more and more important, as organic agricultural production is a future which has no alternative – says Bojana Lalovic of the CCIS.
Within individual and joint virtual stands, the online platform gathered 1,442 exhibitors from the whole world, as well as over 14,000 visitors from 136 countries.
