Construction of Aqua Park in Leskovac to be Completed by the Summer Season

The construction of an aqua park in the location of the former Motel Atina in Leskovac is going as planned, and the full completion of the works is expected by the beginning of the summer season, said Dragan Stojanovic, the owner of the Glozane dairy, which is the investor in this project.

According to the city’s website, in a conversation with the mayor of Leskovac, Goran Cvetanovic, it was said that the ruins of the former Motel Atina had been waiting for a serious investor, one that would use the potential of that part of the city, for years.

Let us remind that the demolition of the ruined Motel Atina in Leskovac began in May 2020. The Glozane dairy, which bought the facility last year and announced the construction of new features, announced for eKapija that the new complex should be completed in 2021.

– The value of the investment in the aqua park is around EUR 2 million and the construction is to be completed next year. A hotel of a capacity of around 40 rooms, worth EUR 4-5 million, is to be built in this location as well – the mayor of Leskovac said earlier.
