Airport City Belgrade – future business park in Novi Beograd, 1 square meter of office space - €20
Airport City Belgrade is the first business park and the biggest project of this kind in the country and the region. The investment is worth €120m and it is being built in Omladinskih brigada Street in Novi Beograd, on space of about 12 ha.
There will be about 126,000 square meters of office space and related contents for employees, which include restaurants, coffee shops, hotels.
Company Africa-Israel is the investor and it is willing to invest €20m per year in this project, but it all depends on economic development of the country.
The price of office space of A class will amount to €20 per square meter and the first renters are expected in January 2006.
The first two buildings will contain 18,000 square meters of office space intended exclusively for renting. Construction of hotel is expected in 2007.
