Komercijalna Banka Wants 100% Share in Komercijalna Banka Banjaluka

At the extraordinary session, the GM of Komercijalna Banka relieved its president of her duties, changed the Statute and adopted the decision on increasing the ownership share in Komercijalna Banka Banjaluka, as announced on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

The GM agreed for the share in Komercijalna Banka Banjaluka to increase to 100%.

The Decision on determining the compensations for the members of the Managing Board and other boards of Komercijalna Banka was reached, and it was decided that, instead of the (now former) president, Marijana Markovic, the representative of the Republic of Serbia, the presiding person of the GM be elected at the sessions.
