The third biggest market research agency in the world, the French Ipsos, has announced that it has acquired DotMetrics. Last year, the startup contracted the biggest Croatian exporting job in the marketing industry, Jutarnji List writes.
It won a contract worth 300 million kunas with Ipsos on web traffic measuring in Great Britain from 2021 to the end of 2026, commissioned by UKOM, an organization that gathers British publishers and advertisers.
Didier Truchot, the CEO of Ipsos, says that he is delighted that they have acquired Fistnet, the company which manages DotMetrics. However, he did not disclose the value of the transaction.
– Ipsos is proud to be able to cooperate with Fistnet’s experts. Together, we will accelerate the development of our advanced solutions for the measuring of traffic when it comes to mobile and web content – Truchot says.
DotMetrics was founded by Tomislav Fistric and Jan Jilek. Fistric, the CEO of Fistnet, officially confirms in Ipsos’ press release that they have sold DotMetrics.
