Entry into Serbia for Business Reasons Allowed with Previous Notification of CCIS and Provision of Test within 24 Hours
The CCIS will forward the announcement of the crossing of the state border to the Border Police Administration without delay and no later than 24 hours before the expected crossing of the state border, say the amended Guidelines for the manner of implementation of restriction of entry into Serbia for persons coming from the states affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, adopted by the Ministry of Health.
If a negative RT-PCR test or a SARS-CoV-2 antigen test is not submitted within 24 hours of the moment of the crossing of the state border or if the test is positive, the CCIS is to inform the competent public health institute (by territory) of this without delay.
The amended Guidelines came into effect on the date of the publication in the Official Gazette.
The new procedures do not apply to people coming from Albania, B&H, Bulgaria, Montenegro and North Macedonia. According to an earlier decision, they are allowed to enter Serbia without a PCR test.
