World Bank Lowers Projection of Serbian GDP Drop for 2020

The World Bank has revised down the projection of the drop of Serbia’s GDP in 2020 in the just published global economic forecast to 2%, compared to the June projections of 2.5%.

This international creditor projects in its document “Global Economic Prospects”, published on the World Bank’s official website, a growth of 3.1% in 2021 and then an acceleration to 3.4% in 2022 for Serbia.


The prognosis of the growth of the Serbian economy for 2021 has been revised down by 0.9 percentage points compared to June.
