Energoprojekt to Issue Bonds Worth RSD 3.3 Billion Tomorrow
The interest rate is 2.95%, plus a three-month BELIBOR, and the payments are to be made on a quarterly level.
After the issuing of the bonds is registered, Energoprojekt will file a request for their listing at the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
With the issuing of the bonds, the company is looking to secure the money for the optimal management of liquidity, by securing stable and long-term sources of finance denominated in the domestic currency.
In late June, Energoprojekt had a net debt of RSD 4.03 billion, whereas the company’s shares lost around 40% of their value in 2020, Momentum’s brokers remind.
