According to the decision of the Government of Slovenia, entry into that country with a negative PCR test done in institutions in Serbia or another state outside the EU or the Schengen area is no longer possible, as announced on the website of the country’s embassy in Belgrade.
As said, from December 25, entry to Slovenia without a quarantine is possible only with a negative PCR test, not older than 24 hours, from the EU or the Schengen area.

Also exempt are persons who are in transit through Slovenia, who are to leave the country within six hours of the entry, representative of a foreign security organ, carrying out an official task and leaving Slovenia immediately after the completion of the task, persons transported to Slovenia by a rescue or ambulance vehicle, as well as the accompanying health staff in the vehicle, and persons with a diplomatic passport.
