Municipality of Svrljig to Get Industrial Zone

The president of the Municipality of Svrljig, Miroslav Markovic, has announced that he expects a positive response when it comes to the realization of the project of an industrial zone in Svrljig, which is a pre-condition for new jobs and employment of young people.

As he said, investments in water supply are planned in the upcoming period as well, because that is the main problem in Svrljig. Markovic pointed out that the water supply problems in Drajinac and Nisevac needed to be solved promptly.

Markovic added that the municipality would invest funds to have the rubber dam fixed or have a new one built, thereby raising the level of the Svrljiski Timok river.
