By opening a new sales outlet in Belgrade, in the K-district, Univerexport continues expanding its sales network in the Serbian capital. The new store opened on December 17, in the location of the new residential complex in Dorcol, at 2G Dunavska Street.
Complying with all the epidemiology measures, mandatory distance and mask-wearing, the president of Univerexport Group, Vesna Vucurevic, cut the ribbon and thereby officially opened the 162th retail facility of the largest local store chain. The new outlet is designed as a neighborly shop, which is suitable for small and big shopping with nearly 7,000 articles available within the retail space of 550 m2. The highlights include the fresh meat from a farm in Backa Palanka, which reaches the shop within 48 hours, organic products of the Organa brand, prosciutto and the Vucurevic wine, as well as products of Bas Bas and Nase Najbolje brands – products of excellent quality at affordable prices. The entire range of products is available to purchasers each day of the week, from 7 am, and quick and easy shopping is also available at four self-use cash registers.
Univerexport has been operating in the Serbian market for a full 30 years. After its beginnings in Novi Sad, Univerexport now has 162 stores throughout Belgrade, Vojvodina and in the surrounding area.
The new store in Dorcol is the 12th one in Belgrade. The opening of another retail outlet is expected in Novi Sad on December 24.
