NATO Guarantee Fund to approve credits to "surplus manpower" in Army of SCG – over €2m

The representatives of the Ministry of Defense of SCG and NATO Guarantee Fund will sign Memorandum on mutual understanding next month, thanks to which that fund will start to approve favorable loans to alll military and civilian persons employed in Army of SCG who decide to leave the job voluntarily and start their own business.
Colonel Slobodan Tadić, Head of the Administration for Personnel of the Ministry of Defense of SCG, points out that the intensive negotiations are underway, although it is most likely that the NATO Guarantee Fund will set aside over €2m for those purposes.
