American Company with Office in Belgrade, Humanity, Sold to TCP
The solution of Humanity, which has a big team in Belgrade, is used in over 175,000 business locations for schedule management, management of workers’ availability, shift switches and leave applications. Since 2010, over 7,000 clients, representing 1.3 million users, have planned more than half a billion shifts thanks to Humanity.
Humanity came to Serbia 10 years ago, and the activities in Belgrade include design and development of the platform, as well as marketing and sales. Today, 75 people are employed at the office (pertaining to non-pandemic conditions).
The CEO of Humanity expressed his satisfaction that their tool would be incorporated into the larger TCP solution, because this will allow them to achieve their mission on a much greater scale than before.
TCP has existed for over 30 years. It provides personalized support to companies of all kinds and sizes in meeting their needs for a complex management of work schedules and employee leaves and other needs when it comes to the workforce.
In the past year, the company has invested a lot of effort to become a leader in workforce management, including the securing of new finances and management. This acquisition is a continuation of their growth strategy.
