Serbian Telehealth by Pi App for Digitalization of Medical Services in India
The Pi platform enables an integration of communications, services and web apps. With this app, users are able to use the functions of a chat, calls, simple payment (Pay by Pi) and remote control of other devices through a mobile phone (Control by Pi), all in one place.
Telehealth by Pi is a project of digitalization of medical services in India, which aims to enable people from rural areas to get good healthcare services in a simple way.
The platform includes several packages of medical services which include measuring blood sugar, blood pleasure, temperature, ECG, the level of oxygen in the blood etc. The combination of the app and smart care centers, organized by the Indian partner VYOM, makes for a service meant for people who need medical help at low prices.
– The idea is for the users of the Telehealth by Pi platform to get easy access to healthcare and this is primarily important in the sense of prevention. Due to a large number of the infected, this is not a moment to go to a doctor unless absolutely necessary. Telehealth by Pi provides the option of insight into the health condition without numerous phone calls, waiting or visiting medical centers – says Sava Zivanovic, the director of Tehnolosko Partnerstvo.
When it comes to the further development of the service, Zivanovic points out that Serbia could become a potential partner and adds:
– Our clients are patients, doctors, private and state hospitals. Since the concept is such that a part of the sales proceedings goes to us and the majority to doctors, this service pays off for everyone.
