The BFC SEE program has been carried out since 2012. So far, around 100 towns and municipalities from five countries have joined the certification process, of which 51 local self-governments have met the requirements for the acquiring of the certificate which serves as a stamp of quality for the economy and the investors and proof that they will find a predictable business environment in line with the highest international standards, efficient procedures, quality databases and reliable services in these areas.
