Pandemic Accelerates Activities at Vorwerk in Cacak – Expansion of Production Planned, Job Contest Remains Open

The pandemic has accelerated the operations at Vorwerk in Cacak, and the expansion of the production is expected as soon as next year.

– We have already realized a part of our next year’s plans this year. The directorate had recognized the potential of the factory in Cacak to accelerate some project, so we got the machines earlier – emphasized Nenad Medenica, Managing Director at Vorwerk.

The job contest for new workers is constantly open, and 25 new machines for as many new production lines are arriving, so there will be work for all profiles.

– There will be work in production, logistics, quality, technology, engineering, maintenance, jobs of all profiles. We have a need for another 150 workers and we will sign full-time employment contracts with them by February 2021 – says Ivan Koprivica, the head of the HR Department.

Last month alone, two million automotive components went to Europe from the facility in Preljina.
