Government Approves RSD 150 Million to Aid Tourism

The Government of Serbia has adopted the Program of Distribution and Usage of Subsidies as support to the operations of travel agencies, organizers of tourist travels, due to the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 epidemic.

The Government of Serbia approved RSD 150 million for this purpose.

Let us remind that Serbian Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Tatjana Matic stated earlier that the adoption of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Budget, whereby RSD 150 million was approved for subsidies for insurance policy premiums for travel agencies, was an important step in helping the travel sector during the pandemic.
