The Backa Palanka-based company Browell d.o.o. is planning to build a storage for forklifts in Krnjesevci near Stara Pazova.
According to the Urban Project that the Municipality of Stara Pazova has put up for public presentation, the plan is to build a storage facility of a capacity of 50 forklifts. The facility which will service a wider Belgrade area will rent, service and sell forklifts and the accompanying mechanization.
According to the project documentation prepared by the PE Zavod za urbanizam Nis, the parcel where the facility is to be built is located in the northwest part of the business zone near Krnjesevci, on an area of 33 a 50 m2.
The construction of the storage facility for forklifts is to be carried out in two phases. The first one entails the construction of the storage facility itself, with a a hall and side rooms, whereas the second phase entails the extension of the storage facility by another storage space, which would comprise a functional whole together with the main facility. In addition to the forklift storage facilities, the plan includes a substation, roads, pedestrian lanes, flat areas, an open rainwater absorption canal, a septic tank, a connection to the water supply system and similar structures.
A billboard displaying information about the company is to be set up in front of the storage facility.
According to the project, Browell has been operating since 2005, with import, servicing, sale and renting of used electrical, diesel and gas powered forklifts as its main activities.
They offer overhauled forklifts, servicing vehicles for on-site repairs, transport vehicles for forklifts and operating machines and platforms for works on elevated surfaces.
