Mesna Industrija Braca Pivac Planning Investment in Ljubuski
The City of Ljubuski owns the Gornje Brdo real estate in Hrasljani, of 5,856 square meters, and the Gaj real estate in Cerno (16,052 square meters) and offers to exchange it, with addition payment, to Mesna Industrija Braca Pivac d.o.o. for the Gornje Brdo real estate (9,978 square meters) that the company owns, writes Bolji Ljubuski.
The explanation says that the owner of said land is requesting an exchange for the purpose of the construction of a production facility whose main purpose would be to upgrade the meat industry and employ workers from the Ljubuski area, so it obliges to pay the market price difference between the parcels, in line with the evaluation of the court expert in the field of construction.
Court expert in the field of architecture Haris Mahic evaluated the market price of the real estate to be exchanged at 59,868 convertible marks for the property owned by Mesna Industrija Braca Pivac and 262,869 convertible marks for the property owned by the City of Ljubuski, so the difference is 203,028 convertible marks in favor of the City of Ljubuski.
This exchange amounts to an agreement on the solving of the issue of a compensation for the real estate without a long-term expropriation procedure.
