Industrial Zone K2 Planned in Krusevac – Around 6.17 Hectares to be Equipped with Infrastructure for Industrial and Craft Production
According to the General Regulation Plan of the Industrial Zone North, the K2 zone is part of the urban subsection of the business zone North.
The new zone will cover around 6.17 hectares in the Cadaster Municipality of Lazarica. The area of the plan is located east of Jasicki Put and stretches all the way to the existing industrial intersection in the width of the protective belt of power lines.
The area under the plan is meant primarily for economic activities (industry and production), but the plan also enables the construction of facilities of other purposes (trade-business centers, large markets, sports and recreation features, some public function features). The industry and the economic production entail industrial and craft production, as well as garages, workshops, services, warehouses etc.
The entire zone will be fully equipped with infrastructure. The plan is to build a part of the route of the primary city traffic route which will connect the east and the west bypass route.
According to the documentation, the planning area lies in a depression compared to the West Morava river cote. In order for the gravitational drainage of surface waters toward the river to be made possible, the entire complex would need to be embanked.
Furthermore, considering that this is a power line protection zone, all construction activities must be approved by the competent institutions.
The plan was prepared by Javno preduzeće za urbanizam i projektovanje Kruševac.
