At the Kosovskih Junaka Square in Krusevac, which is currently being rebuilt, an underground garage will be constructed between the buildings of “Lamela”, the Court and “Kocka”, and the City of Krusevac has opened a public invitation for a concession for financing, construction, maintenance and management. The concession is given for a period of 50 years.
The construction entails the building of a public underground garage and connection to the public utility infrastructure network, with two barriers at the entrance and the exit for motor vehicles, with at least two pedestrian entrances/exits at the level of the square and an additional pedestrian connection, through elevators, with the “Kocka” commercial facility, a big generator of the need for parking.
The maximum number of parking spaces is 220.
The City of Krusevac will secure urban building land for the realization of this PPP project with elements of a concession.
According to the public invitation, the future concessionaire has the right to set the price of parking in line with the regulations, with the guaranteed minimum price of the use of a parking spot being 40 dinars without VAT.
Bids may be submitted by October 21, 2020.
