Gebruder Weiss Serbia Gets Improvement of the Year Award
That innovations, top quality logistics solutions and remarkable quality of service are synonymous with Gebruder Weiss in the local and the global market is shown by the fact that their branch offices are among the first five companies in all categories of annual awards handed out by System Alliance Europe (SAE), a European network for groupage transport. In addition to branch offices in Hungary and Austria, this year, the list of the most successful ones also features Serbia, which placed fifth in the “Improvement of the Year” category.
– We are constantly working on new solutions aiming to meet our clients' needs as well as possible, so I'm especially glad that we are on the list of the best companies in this particular category. The past year has been marked by the development of advanced digital solutions for our clients and expansion of capacities, which has led to a considerable increase of the quality of services we provide and, consequently, to an increase in the demand in certain areas of business operations. I am glad that System Alliance Europe has recognized our progress – it additionally motivates us to continue with the good practice and to be even better next year – said Roland Raith, the Managing Director of Gebruder Weiss for Serbia.
Gebruder Weiss has achieved excellent results this year as well: GW Austria got first prize in the main category “Partner of the Year” for the sixth year in a row, whereas the branch office in Hungary placed fourth in the same category, which is an important confirmation of the consistent quality and top quality service provided by Gebruder Weiss in the field of land transport. Considerable progress compared to the previous year was also realized by GW Maria Lanzendorf, which went from last year's tenth to this year's third place in the “Over 10,000 Shipments Quality” category. In the same category, Gebruder Weiss Lauterach placed second, whereas Maria Saal placed fourth in the “Up to 10,000 Shipments Quality” category.
System Alliance Europe hands out awards based on a large number of carefully defined criteria, including an increase in the volume of shipments, upgrade of various service quality criteria and improvement of performances.
