Three large infrastructural projects, the high-speed railway from Belgrade to Novi Sad, the section of the Milos Veliki highway from Preljina to Pozega and the first section of the Morava Corridor, from Krusevac to Pojate, are to be finished by the end of next year.
– The plan is for the first section of the Pojate-Preljina highway, of 27 kilometers, from Pojate to Krusevac to be completed by December 2021. Also, next autumn we are completing the sections of the high-speed railway from Belgrade to Novi Sad and we will then have the first fast trains on this route, which will take around 25 minutes to travel the distance – Serbian Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlovic said on TV Prva, as announced on the ministry's website.
She added that the section of the Milos Veliki highway from Cacak to Pozega, one of the most difficult ones on the route, should also be completed by the end of 2021.
