The Finvest company is currently building a residential-office complex in Bezanijska kosa and it is also actively working on preparing a project of a residential-office complex in Cerak.

Finvest does 360º operations in the project management cycle – from the preparation of the analysis of the feasibility of the investment, the preparation of the business plan, through marketing and sales, the construction itself, to the delivery of real estate to the end-users and post-sale activities.

Integrity and high ethical standards, in addition to professionalism and expert competences, are the foundations on which Finvest is building its reputation and on which it bases its further business growth.

“Private Equity Real Estate” is a business model which Finvest has successfully pioneered on several projects already. The potentials of that model, the reputation of Finvest and the competences of its experts enable it to strive toward a leading position in investment management in the region.

In a peaceful part of Bezanijska kosa, on the corner of Ljubinke Bobic and Raska Dimitrijevica streets, the residential-office complex Plato Bezanija is being built.

Two units with a total of 109 apartments and seven outlets are surrounded by a park, a playground and greenery. The construction of the complex is going in line with the set dynamic plan. The structure of Unit 1 has already been built, whereas the works on the structure of Unit 2 are going as planned and the construction of the garage part of the facility is in progress. The construction is run by head engineer Slobodan Jovanovic.

– The demand for and the sale of the apartments are remarkable, considering that over 50% of the apartments have been sold so far. An excellent choice of apartments and outlets of various structures is still on offer – notes the sales director, Tatjana Brkovic. She emphasizes that what`s especially important to the buyers is the reputation of Finvest realized on the previous projects, and the fact that project financing of the complex has been agreed with Eurobank provides additional security to the buyers and confirms the quality of the project.

In addition to the excellently arranged apartments, which offer comfort and which are built from high-quality materials, a special feature of the complex is a closed yard and direct access to the Letnjikovac park of around 0.7 hectares, with football and basketball courts and an obstacle course for all generations. The atrium yard, an oasis of peace with plenty of greenery and room for rest, will be accessible to the tenants only.

Special focus within the complex has been placed on noise reduction – the walls between the apartments will be “sandwich walls”, and apartment floor layers will feature special materials which reduce “impact noise”.

The location and the concept of the Plato Bezanija complex offers now very rare urban comfort compared to some overly urbanized locations – the surrounding buildings are at a great distance, which makes for an open view and space and a well aerated space with plenty of street tree lanes.

In addition to Plato Bezanija, Finvest is also preparing a project for the construction of a residential-office complex in Cerak. An invitation contest for a preliminary architectural-urban design was held and the work authored by the team consisting of architects Aleksandar Savikin and professor Milan Vujovic was chosen as the best.

This complex will be located along Kneza Viseslava Street, on the corner with the future Nove 4 route. The closed-type complex with special security measures will provide privacy to the future tenants. Also, attractive landscaping of the free areas and gardens is planned.

Around 600 housing units and 5,000 m2 of office space are planned. More than 700 parking/garage spaces will be built as well.

The value of the location is reflected in a greater altitude compared to the center and other neighborhoods, its connection with the nature, especially the proximity of Kosutnjak. Also, the new complex is in close proximity to the residential neighborhood Cerak Vinogradi, which has been included in the permanent exhibition of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).

The nearby area features restaurants, markets and shopping malls, as well as elementary schools, and two preschool institutions are planned in the immediate environment.
