The construction of the wind power plant Krivaca is planned on the territory of three municipalities in Eastern Serbia. The location of the planned wind plant covers the area of 242.16 ha within the municipalities of Golubac, Kucevo and Veliko Gradiste, says the updated Environmental Impact Assessment Study of Wind Power Plant Krivaca located in the Golubac and Kucevo municipalities.

According to the updated study, instead of the initial 38 wind turbines, 22 will be built. The reason for reducing the number of wind turbines is to not exceed the total installed capacity of wind plant Krivaca of 103.32 MW.

The updated plan states that the wind turbines will have greater installed capacity, higher poles and the blades will be larger in diameter compared to the original wind turbines design.

The wind turbines will have maximum power up to 5,8 MW, equipped with a three-blade rotor up to 255 m maximum in diameter and the total maximum height of the turbines will be up to 205 m.
