Eurobank EFG, as the official agent of the Government of Serbia, as years before, services the payment of this year’s installment of frozen foreign currency savings as of May 31.

Wishing to make the procedure of disposal with frozen savings as simple as possible, Eurobank offers a special advantage to frozen foreign currency savings owners – a possibility to visit their nearest Bank’s branch as soon as today and give an authorization for a transfer order for matured frozen foreign currency savings installment to a Free Savings account, which will save their time and accrue additional income.

Free Savings is a unique sight savings account which enables the Client to have his/her entire funds always at disposal, with maximum safety and cost-free.

By granting an authorisation for transfer of funds, funds are automatically transferred to a Free Savings account on May 31, and they are at the Client’s disposal, whether for further savings or something else, according to the Client’s wish.

In case the Client did not have a Free Savings account, s/he has an option to open the account on the spot, upon authorisation of the transfer order.

The order for transfer of matured frozen foreign currency savings installment funds to a Free Savings account can be given only by the owner of frozen foreign currency savings bonds. You need to submit a document on account balance in the Central Securities Register (CRHoV) and a valid personal document (ID, passport, refugee or displaced person ID).

Eurobank has enabled all interested citizens to use the special Internet option on the Bank’s web page www.eurobankefg.rs/savetnikzastednju or make a toll-free call at Euro PHONE 0800 1111 44, and get answers to all questions by a Savings Advisor and additional information about payment of frozen foreign currency savings.
