Comtrade Sells its Digital Services Business to Endava
This “joining forces” of Endava and CDS will have beneficial effects on both Comtrade, that will further develop and apply tomorrow’s technology today through its System Integration unit, Boston based HYCU business and Manila based Gaming business unit, as well through new vibrant businesses. Endava will reinforces its presence in South Eastern Europe with more teams who reimagine the relationship between people and technology, aligned with its strategy of being the “Employer of Choice” for the best engineers in each of Endava’s delivery locations.
As of March 31, 2020 Endava had 6,468 employees located in offices in North America and Western Europe, and delivery centres in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, North Macedonia, Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and Colombia, the press release says.
