Sale of Duga Fruit from Krusevac Being Prepared – Looking for Valuer

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has opened an invitation for the services of valuation of liquidity of the entire property of the Krusevac-based company Duga Fruit and valuation of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity.

The best valuer will be chosen by the board of creditors within the deadlines proscribed by the National Standard on the Manner and Procedure of Monetization of the Property of the Bankruptcy Debtor. In case the board of creditors does not make the decision within the deadline, the valuer will be chosen among the bidders by the bankruptcy supervisor.

Duga Fruit produces fruit and vegetable juices.
