The Russian national airline carrier, Aeroflot, has announced that it will postpone the beginning of the flights to around 80 destinations worldwide due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The company has announced that the flights are being postponed due to the extension of the restrictive measures in Russia and other countries. Among the planned, but canceled, flights in August are Budapest, Bucharest, Ljubljana, Prague, Sofia, Split, Thessaloniki, Venice, Vienna, Warsaw and Zagreb. Intercontinental flights to Bangkok, Havana, Hong Kong and destinations in China, Vietnam and the USA have been canceled as well.
As flights to Belgrade were not included in Aeroflot's initial plan, they are not canceled, but they have finally appeared in the booking systems, more precisely, in the winter flight schedule, from October 25, 2020.
