Nearly 10,000 credits have been approved for business entities since the beginning of the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali announced on his official Instagram profile.

As he said, these are mostly entrepreneurs, small and micro legal entities, who most needed help for liquidity and working assets.

– This is cheap money, which is already in circulation. Credits can be taken out through the Development Fund or through commercial banks, that is, through a guarantee scheme. Through the guarantee scheme alone, 8,831 credits worth a total of EUR 759 million have been approved, and another 3,013 requests, worth EUR 369 million, are currently being processed – Mali wrote.
